How can I pay for your products?

We accept all major debit or credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Amercian Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Goggle Pay.

I have problems with the payment process. Help me.

If you experience any problems concerning the payment, please contact us and give as much information about your order as you can. We will try to fix this.

I want to return the item. How can I do it?

Simply contact us with a reason for your return, and we will be happy to help or read our Refund Policy

When will my order ship? It's been 24 hours.

We do our best to ship your case the following business day. Sometimes it can take up to 3 business days to process the order because we do a thorough quality check to ensure you get the best product possible. We appreciate your patience during this process.

I put the wrong address, what do I do?

If your order has not been processed, we can still update that order information for you. If your order has been processed we, unfortunately, are unable to make any changes to your order and we advise you to contact the mail courier immediately.

Feel free to email and let us know where we should send your order and we will get that updated ASAP! If you are sending us an email please provide the new address.

How can I check my order status?

For your reference and assurance, our global suppliers provide us with tracking numbers along with your orders and we would also be glad to assist and check on the status of the package.

Why hasn’t my tracking link updated?

Your tracking link will be able to provide up-to-date information on the status of your order. Tracking links don’t always get updated daily, links can take 48-72 hours to update. If it hasn’t been updated, don’t worry, your package is still on its way to you!

How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed, we would be happy to get it canceled for you. If your order has been processed we, unfortunately, are unable to cancel your order. However, you can return your item for either a refund or exchange within 90 days of the delivery date.

We will try our best to get to your email request before your item ships out but we cannot guarantee we will be able to catch your order before processing.
